Goon out with a bang
Last night was the last show of our Yulefest Blue Mountains season at the Clarendon Guesthouse and Theatre in Katoomba.
What a night it was… what an audience! They stamped and cheered, they sang along and finished punch-lines for the guys on stage. They were there for a great time, and by the hair on Henry Crun’s head, they got it.
It was the best possible way to end a season… and a terrific reminder of why we’re putting on these Goon-type shows; we just can’t get enough of the adulation. Last night’s audience stuck around for over an hour and a half meeting the cast and telling us about how much they enjoyed themselves.
